Meal Prep Time Saver

It might just be me but the actual cooking of any meal is the easiest part of the process. Once it's on the stove or in the oven there's not much to do. What really takes the most time is all the prep beforehand. The chopping, dicing and cutting. A recipe that estimated 45 minutes to make usually took an hour and a half until I changed my prep strategy. Once I know what I plan to cook, I do all my prep the night before. Cut, chop or dice all your vegetables and meats the day or night before, put them in containers and store in the fridge. It'll save time and make life easier when you're ready to cook.
